Retail Charges for Regulated Intra-EU Communications

CONTRACT CHANGE – effective from 15th May 2019

From 15th May 2019, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1971, the price of certain international voice calls and SMS (to the EU) are decreasing. Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1971 provides that the retail price (excluding VAT) charged to consumers for regulated intra-EU communications shall not exceed a maximum of 19c per minute for calls and 6c per SMS.
