Want to move an account from your name to another person?

Change the name on your account

If you need to update the name on your account (for example, after marriage), get in touch below.
How it works:

We’ll send you a form to fill in.
You can return it by post or email, along with a copy of either:
Your Marriage Certificate, or
Your Deed Poll.

Keep your old number

Your new SIM or phone comes with a Tesco Mobile number starting with 089, but you can bring your old number with you.
Here’s how:

Log in to My Tesco Mobile with your new Tesco Mobile number.
Go to Move My Number.
Follow the steps. It usually takes about 10 minutes.

Important:

You’ll need both your old and new SIM cards.
We’ll send a text with a code to your old number. Enter this code to finish.
