Pro-rata billing ensures you only pay for the services you use during your first billing period and aligns your charges with your billing cycle.

First Bill Breakdown

Your first bill is created within 16 days of starting your contract and includes:

Charges for the days your account was active during the first partial month.

The full subscription charge for the upcoming month (as you pay in advance).

Example:

Patrick activates his €45/month plan on September 27th.

The first bill cycle ends September 30th.

Patrick is charged for 4 active days in September (€6) and the full €45 for October in advance.

First Bill Total:

€6 (September’s pro-rata charge).

€45 (October’s full subscription charge).

Total: €51 – Only the pro-rata amount will be charged via direct debit for the partial month.

Add-Ons and Pro Rata

If you purchase an add-on mid-month, you’ll receive the full allowance and only be charged from the date you opt-in to your next billing date.

From the second month onward, you’ll be charged the full price of the add-on.

Example:

You add a 5GB Data allowance mid-cycle for €10/month.

For the first month, you’re only charged €5 but still receive the full 5GB.

From the second month, you’ll be charged the full €10.
