Lost or Stolen Phones

If your phone is lost or stolen, call us on 1903, 1749 or 089 420 0000 from Ireland or chat here during our usual opening hours so we can suspend your services and block your phone from anybody else using it.

If you are abroad call us on 1743 from a Tesco Mobile phone, or +353 89 420 0000 from a non Tesco Mobile phone.

During out of office hours you can still report your lost or stolen phone by:

Lost, faulty or just old SIM card? You can keep your number on a blank replacement SIM card. Just pop into your nearest Tesco Mobile Phone Shop and ask for a replacement. Find your nearest store here.

*(Please note non-phone shop Tesco stores do not stock replacement SIM cards. To get a replacement SIM card as an existing customer you must visit a Tesco Mobile Phone Shop).
