If you are experiencing any issues with your data services, you can resolve them in two easy steps.
Before you begin, ensure you are registered on the Tesco Mobile app where you can also manage your account, set up recurring top-ups, recurring payments, and register your Clubcard for additional benefits.
Send the word "data" to 174705 (free of charge).
You will receive a configuration message.
Open the message and select Install or OK.
Your settings will update automatically.
For Android:
Go to Settings.
Select Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
Check the following:
APN Name: Tesco Mobile Internet
APN: tescomobile.liffeytelecom.com
APN Type: default
IMSI: MVNO
Ensure Proxy and Port are set to "Not Set".
For Apple:
Select Mobile Service > Mobile Data Network.
Ensure the APN is set to tescomobile.liffeytelecom.com
Username and password can be left blank.
If settings do not match, update them manually and save.
