We’ve had no mid-contract price increases for 4 years now.

This is our third year of committing to customers that we won’t increase our prices mid-contract. If you sign up to one of our 24 month bill pay plans, we won’t increase your contract price mid-term. So, for example, if you sign up to our €35 plan today, it will remain €35 for the duration of your contract, this year, next year and the year after that.

What is
CPI?

Some of our competitors raise their prices annually based on the rate of Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus an additional 3%. This applies to plans ranging from 6-24 months and is effective in April each year.

Not us though.

Any new or existing Tesco Mobile customer can rest assured that the price of their Bill Pay plan won’t increase during the duration of their minimum term, giving them peace of mind and financial predictability.
We like to think of it as 4 years being committed to being sound.

Frozen contracts

**Applies to all new customers that sign up to one of our Mobile Bill Pay Price Plans before the 31.12.25. Price freeze commitment means that your monthly recurring charge will not change for the duration of your Minimum Term.
