- Competition period: The opening date for the competition is 27th September 2018 and the closing date is 12 noon on the 29th October 2018 (the "Promotional Period"). No entries will be received outside of the Promotional Period.
- Eligibility Criteria: This competition is open to Tesco colleagues who are residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over only. All entries must be submitted by the online form, correctly answering the question, available at www.tescomobile.ie/ipxcolleaguecomp and be active members of the new Simply Colleague Plan which offers 5GB more than the regular customer plan www.tescomobile.ie/simplyprepay . Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Prize: There are five prizes of one iPhone X per winner selected. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative available. There will be one iPhone X given away every Monday until the end of October starting Monday 1st October 2018 and ending 29th October 2018.
- Winner: The winners will be selected at random from the list of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by phone. The Promoter reserves the right to validate entries, and if outside of these terms will select an alternative winner. By entering the competition participants accept sole responsibility for ensuring that any contact details they provide are accurate.
- The winner agrees that their name and county may be made available on request to Tesco Mobile in accordance with regulatory requirements
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to the Promoter, any participants, prize winners or any third party.
- By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the participant’s name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the participant, biographical information provided by the participants/winner and/or any statement made by them concerning the promotion and/or prize.
- The Promoter shall not be liable to a participant or prize winner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, of whatsoever nature whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the promotion and/or prize.
- The outcome of the draw is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Ireland.
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with Irish data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.
- Winners will be contacted within 7 days of each draw.
