The following terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile €30 Unlimited plan 30 day SIM offer (the "Offer") are in addition to and
form part of the general terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile Ireland Limited’s mobile telecommunications service which are
displayed on www.tescomobile.ie. In the event of any conflict the terms and conditions on www.tescomobile.ie shall prevail.
- The Offer is available to existing and new Tesco Mobile subscribers between 7th April 2015 and 30th September 2015
- The €30 tariff shown is the ongoing monthly subscription charge.
- Fair usage applies to unlimited tariffs – i.e. per 30 day period, up to 10,000 call minutes and 10,000 texts to landlines and mobile phones in the Republic of Ireland and 15GB of data used in the Republic of Ireland.
- Excludes roaming, international, premium rate and other non geographic usage.
- Standard out of bundle rates apply if a subscriber exceeds the inclusive fair usage monthly allowance.
- Subscribers must be over 18 years of age to acquire a plan.
- Payment by Direct Debit is required.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to withdraw the Offer generally and from any particular customer at any time or vary or amend any element of the promotion without further notice.
- These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Tesco Mobile for any reasonable commercial, technical or operational reason.
