with Black Friday Registration

1. Competition period: The opening date for the competition is 20th October 2025 and the closing date is 31st October 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). No entries will be received outside of the Promotional Period.
2. Eligibility Criteria: This competition is open to tescomobile.ie users who register their interest in the Black Friday promotion, are residents of the Republic of Ireland and are aged 18 years or over only. All entries must be submitted by the online form, correctly answering the competition question, available at www.tescomobile.ie/black-friday-registration. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Prize: There is one prize of either a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE or an Apple iPhone 15 to be won. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. There will be one phone given away on Friday 7th November 2025.
4. Winner: The winner will be selected at random from the list of eligible entries with the correct answer to the competition question. The winner will be notified by the email address provided. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to validate entries, and if invalid will select an alternative winner. By entering the competition participants accept sole responsibility for ensuring that any contact details they provide are accurate.
5. The winner agrees that their name and county may be made available on request to Tesco Mobile in accordance with regulatory requirements should it be required.
6. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend this promotion generally and in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants, prize winners or any third party.
7. By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the participant’s name and county.
8. Tesco Mobile shall not be liable to a participant or prize winner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, of whatsoever nature whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the promotion and/or prize.
9. The outcome of the draw is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
10. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Ireland.
11. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with Irish data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.
12. Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw.
