Apple iPhone Setup Guide.


To get the best service possible from our network, please follow the simple steps below to check you have the correct settings for your iPhone.




1. Go to Settings on your phone


2. Select Mobile Data

 


 

3. In the section Mobile Data, swipe the button to green & select Mobile Data Options.  










4. Select Voice & Data



6. Select LTE, VoLTE Off and watch the tick appear. 
On some iPhones this might say 2G, 3G and 4G (or LTE) instead. Press the return arrow in the top left of the screen to go back to the 
Mobile Data Options screen.









7. In the section Data Roaming, swipe the button to green. Press the return arrow in the top left of the screen to go back to the Mobile Data screen.



8. Select Mobile Data Network

9. Check that both sections highlighted below say tescomobile.liffeytelecom.com.  If the section is blank, please fill in the words tescomobile.liffeytelecom.com




10. Check that the MMSC and MMS Proxy sections highlighted below have the information included beside them. If the section is blank, please  fill in the text.
