Managing your Account.

Tesco Mobile offer you two great ways of managing your account.







By Downloading our Android or iOS My Tesco Mobile App you can track your account from your mobile phone.



Or by going to our Self-Serve website, my.tescomobile.ie, you can login from a computer or any other mobile device through your web browser.



If it’s your first time using our Self-Serve channels, we ask you to register your contact details with us. 



When you complete your registration, you will receive a text message with your password.  We recommend that once logged in, you change this to a password of your choosing.



You will be asked to answer one or more of your security questions before you can change your password or other account information, this is to ensure you have enhanced security on your account.





Changing your Password on the My Tesco Mobile App: 

To change your password within the My Tesco Mobile App, please follow the below steps.



1. On the Balances screen of the app, click on the More button ‘….’ This appears at the bottom of the screen.



       



2. From the menu presented, please click on the ‘Change Password’ button.

       



3. On the screen presented please enter your current password and then choose a new password.

       





Changing your Password on my.tescomobile.ie

Follow the below steps to change your password.



1. Launch the website https://my.tescomobile.ie 



2. At the login page enter your mobile number and password.



3. From the left blue menu bar, please select the ‘Details’ menu.



4. Scroll down the page until you see the ‘Change Password’ section.  Please enter your ‘Current Password’ and then create a new password.





When complete please click on the ‘Change Password’ button, this will save your password.



To protect your privacy we have a password policy, all passwords must contain Letter, Numbers and special characters. – can it be a combination? 




Forgot your Password on the My Tesco Mobile App




If you are using the Android/IOS App and have forgotten your password, please follow the below steps to reset your password.



1. Launch the Android/iOS Mobile App.



2. You will be presented with the Login Screen, click on the ‘Forgotten password’ option.



3. Next you will be asked to enter  your mobile phone number and mother’s maiden name.



4. When you enter this number you will receive a text message from Tesco Mobile containing a new password, the text message will look like this.



 

5. Take care to enter this password into the below screen on the My Tesco Mobile App.



This will then allow you to access all your account details again. We recommend you alter your password after you login to the app.







If you cannot remember the security password that you have on your account  you will need to contact our  Customer Care centre in Waterford,  click here for contact options.











Forgot your Password on my.tescomobile.ie




If you are using  https://my.tescomobile.ie  and have forgotten your password, please follow the below steps to reset your password.



1. Launch the website.



2. At the login screen please click on  ‘Forgot your password?’ 



3. On the Forgotten Password screen, you are asked to enter your mobile number and also your mother’s maiden name.







You will receive a TXT message to your phone, that will contain your new password.



After receiving the password through TXT message, please enter it into the login screen on https://my.tescomobile.ie
