Lost or Stolen Phones.

If your phone is lost or stolen, call us on 089 420 0000 or 1903 call us any time day or night and we can block your phone so no one else can use it.
If you are abroad call us on 1743 from a Tesco Mobile phone, or from a non Tesco Mobile phone +353 89 4200000

We can send you another SIM card, or you can pick one up in your nearest Tesco store. and we'll transfer your mobile number and credit. Please report the loss to the Gardaí and Tesco Mobile Customer Care within 24 hours if your mobile phone is covered by insurance.
