The following terms and conditions apply to the Focus on Flip3 Promotion (the "Promotion"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase an ~Eligible Handset between 00:01 (BST) on 17th September 2021 and 23:59 (GMT) on 2nd November 2021 (the "Promotion Period") to claim a Galaxy Watch4 BT 40mm Silver face with S/M olive green sports band (the "Reward") via redemption subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms")

Eligible Handsets are as follows –

Z Flip3 Phantom Black 256GB (the "Promotion Product") This offer is available to customers that purchase an Eligible Handset from Tesco and Tesco Mobile stores in the Republic of Ireland during the Promotion Period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.

  1. Handset pricing is subject to change and is subject to stock availability.
  2. Eligible customers can claim by registering for the Samsung Members App using either an existing or newly created Samsung account. Participants should then visit the Benefits section of the Samsung Members App and click on the Claim Banner to be directed to the Website in order to register their details and upload the required information to make an application for their Reward under this Promotion. Claims must be submitted between zero (0) and sixty (60) days of the date of purchase of the Promotion Product (the "Claim Period"), meaning that the final date to submit a Claim against a Promotion Product purchased on the 2nd November 2021 is by 23:59 (GMT) on 1 January 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as shown on the relevant proof of purchase shall be considered day one (1). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
  3. Once a claim is submitted, claimants will instantly receive an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter. Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Claim and Participants will subsequently be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated ("Claim Validation"). Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be delivered via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
  4. Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of one (1) Claim per individual Participant and four (4) claims per household.
  5. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
  6. Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  7. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this promotional offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
  8. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. By availing of the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
