Lost or Stolen Phones
If your phone is lost or stolen, call us on 1903, 1749 or 089 420 0000 from Ireland, or chat here during our usual opening hours so we can suspend your services and block your phone from anybody else using it.
If you are abroad call us on 1743 from a Tesco Mobile phone, or +353 89 420 0000 from a non-Tesco Mobile phone.
During out of office hours you can still report your lost or stolen phone by:

We can send you another SIM card, or you can pick one up in your nearest Tesco store, and we'll transfer your mobile number and credit. Please report the loss to the Gardaí and Tesco Mobile Customer Care within 24 hours if your mobile phone is covered by insurance.
