Phone orders & delivery

Ordering your new phone or SIM is simple.

Order before 1 PM Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) for free next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 1 PM Friday or during weekends will arrive on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Some Bill Pay phones may take longer if additional information is required.
Orders including a mobile phone require a signature upon delivery.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an Order Tracking Number via email to monitor your delivery.

Tracking: Use the tracking number from your confirmation email to follow your delivery.
Delivery Times: Orders placed before 1 PM Monday–Friday arrive the next working day. Orders after 1 PM Friday or on weekends arrive on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Special Considerations: Delivery may take longer in remote areas or during busy periods.
SIM-only orders: Delivered via DPD.
All other orders: Delivered by DPD — this includes phones and accessories.
