The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

The Promotion entitles customers who purchase an eligible handset (listed on www.samsungoffers.claims/aicashback) between 00:01 GMT on 05/06/24 and 23:59 GMT on 02/07/24 (the "Promotion Period") to claim a corresponding cashback (the "Reward") by redemption subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion Terms").

1. The Promotion is available to customers that purchase an eligible handset in-store or online from https://www.tescomobile.ie during the Promotion Period subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
2. Handset pricing is subject to change and the Promotion is subject to stock availability.
3. The Reward must be claimed within 45 days of purchase, meaning the final claim date for eligible handsets purchased on 02/07/24 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 16/08/24. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase counts as day one (1).
4. The Reward is non-transferrable.
5. Customers are entitled to claim on a maximum of 4 eligible handsets purchased per residential household.
6. Participants must visit www.samsungoffers.claims/aicashback to upload proof of purchase and provide all other required information.
7. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
8. Eligibility for the Promotion is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with the Promotion Terms.
9. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this Promotion at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
10. By availing of the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Promotion Terms.
