The Tesco Mobile Ireland Delivery Saver promotion (the "Promotion") is being promoted by Tesco Mobile Ireland Limited having its registered office at Gresham House, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin ('TMI'). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion. Tesco Mobile customers are also bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Tesco Mobile Services which are available at https://www.tescomobile.ie/about-us/terms/tcs-general.aspx. In the event of any conflict the specific terms and conditions below shall prevail.

The Offer

  1. The Promotion is open to existing Tesco Mobile BillPay customers by invitation only.
  2. The Offer entitles applicable Tesco Mobile BillPay customers to sign up to the Tesco.ie Delivery Saver Any Day Plan for 1c for the first 3 months (with the use of a promotional code). You must use the promotional code by 31/07/2024.
  3. The Delivery Saver Any Day Plan is subject to a 3-month minimum term and entitles a user to avail of unlimited deliveries subject to meeting the minimum basket spend of €50 per order.
  4. Customers are limited to one order per day.
  5. The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not open to existing Tesco.ie Delivery Saver customers.
  6. At the end of your first and any subsequent 3 month term, your membership of the Delivery Saver Any Day Plan will automatically renew unless you notify us before the renewal date that you do not want your Membership to continue. Your membership fee is the price displayed on Tesco.ie for the membership period at the time your membership commences. You can cancel your renewal at any time by calling our customer service team on 1800 248 123. You can also cancel your renewal by emailing us at online@Tesco.ie
  7. There is free delivery for customers 65 and over (Over 65 Delivery Saver Plan; terms and conditions apply).

General

  1. TMI reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion either generally or in respect of any particular customer at any time, including these terms and conditions for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.
  2. TMI shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any person or be deemed to be in default for any delays or failures in performance hereunder resulting from acts or causes beyond the reasonable control of TMI.
  3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
