Non Geo

1850/1890/0818/076 Price Change

Contract Change - Effective from 1 December 2019

From 1 December 2019, calls to any 1850, 1890, 0818 and 076 Non Geographic Numbers (NGN) will cost the same as calling a national landline number.
If national landline calls are included in your bundle/allowance of call minutes, then NGN calls will also be "in bundle". No separate charge will apply for any NGN call unless your bundle/allowance of call minutes has already been used up or you do not have a call bundle/allowance.

If you have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls and have not used it up, there will be no separate charge. 1890 15 c per minute Call will cost the same as calling a national landline number. If you have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls and have not used it up, there will be no separate charge. If you do not have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls or have used it up, call will cost 35c per minute for prepay customers and up to 32c per minute for bill pay customers.
0818 20 c per minute Call will cost the same as calling a national landline number. If you have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls and have not used it up, there will be no separate charge. If you do not have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls or have used it up, call will cost 35c per minute for prepay customers and up to 32c per minute for bill pay customers.
076 The price applicable to calling a national landline number (not included in bundles/allowances) Call will cost the same as calling a national landline number. If you have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls and have not used it up, there will be no separate charge. If you do not have a bundle/allowance including national landline calls or have used it up, call will cost 35c per minute for prepay customers and up to 32c per minute for bill pay customers.

As this is a regulatory change, you do not have a right to cancel your contract.
