From the 1st November 2025 a number of older Bill pay Plans will no longer be available as we simplify our portfolio and bring all customers’ allowances in line with the market with a more data relevant plan. You can choose to switch to another plan, wait to be switched automatically or if you would prefer not to accept the change, you have the right to cancel your Bill pay service within 30 days without penalty.
