Tesco Mobile Clubcard Promotional Deals

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Promotional Deals ("Clubcard Promotion") are in relation to Clubcard Deals only available to eligible Tesco Mobile customers. Tesco Mobile customers are also bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Tesco Mobile Services which are available at and Tesco Clubcard customers are also bound by the terms and conditions of Tesco Clubcard available at In the event of any conflict the specific terms and conditions below shall prevail.

  1. Eligibility
    • 1.1 Tesco Mobile customers who wish to avail of Tesco Clubcard Deals must be a Tesco Mobile customer and have a valid Tesco Clubcard registered to their Tesco Mobile account.
  2. Registration
    • 2.1 In order to avail of Clubcard Deals customers must register their Tesco Clubcard to their Tesco Mobile account. Customers can register their Clubcard to their Tesco Mobile account:

         •Online via My Tesco Mobile
         •Calling Customer Care on 089 420 000 or 1749 from your Tesco Mobile.
  3. Tesco Clubcard Vouchers
    • 3.1 Upon receipt of your Tesco Clubcard vouchers, Tesco Mobile customers can use these against their Tesco Mobile Service (Prepay or Bill Pay) in accordance with the rules set out below.
    • 3.2 To redeem these vouchers, the customer should:
      • 3.2.1 Log on to deals, select Tesco Mobile deals and enter the 12 digit online code(s) on your Clubcard voucher(s) on the request form.
      • 3.2.2 Your Tesco Mobile unique code will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
      • 3.2.3 For Prepay customers Text TOPDEALS followed by your unique code to 1744 to receive your triple Tesco Mobile Prepay credit. You will receive a confirmation SMS to let you know that your credit has been applied.
        • The value of the credit is triple the value of a Tesco Clubcard voucher (e.g., every €5 worth of Clubcard vouchers equals €15 of Tesco Mobile Prepay credit).
        • Credit can be applied against your Tesco Mobile Prepay account.
        • The minimum voucher amount to be issued by Tesco Mobile is €5. Thereafter, vouchers are only accepted in increments of €5.
        • The full amount of credit can only be applied against one registered account (i.e. credit cannot be split between accounts).
        • There is no maximum limit on Tesco Clubcard vouchers that can be used as credit against a Tesco Mobile account.
        • Customers will receive an SMS to let them know when the credit has been applied to their account.
        • Prepay credit is valid in accordance with the Tesco Mobile terms & conditions.
        • Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used as a credit against the registered Tesco Mobile account.
        • There is no cash alternative to the voucher.
      • 3.2.4 For Bill Pay customers, vouchers can be redeemed against your monthly bill.
  4. Tesco Clubcard Points & Promotional Clubcard Points
    • 4.1 Once you register your Clubcard with us, you can collect Clubcard points for every €1 you spend on topping up (if a Prepay customer) or paying your bill (if a Bill Pay customer by direct debit). If you're a Prepay customer you'll collect 2 Clubcard points for every euro of Top Up credit bought in a Tesco store, via text or online and activated on the network. If you're a Bill Pay customer, you’ll collect 2 points for every €1 of your bill paid by direct debit.
    • 4.2 You can earn Promotional Clubcard Points from time to time on certain offers (at Tesco Mobile’s discretion). For example, from time to time, we may offer you promotional points for registering your Tesco Clubcard on your Tesco Mobile account.
    • 4.3 Tesco Mobile customers can earn double Tesco Clubcard points on every euro spent on their Tesco Mobile Prepay top up credit or on their Bill Pay monthly bill (paid by Direct Debit).
    • 4.4 Clubcard points will only be applied once to your account.
    • 4.5 We will regularly update Tesco with the points you have earned. In order for your points to be awarded to your Tesco Clubcard, Tesco Mobile will provide Tesco with your Clubcard Number and unique identification number along with information related to payments made on your account. By registering, you are confirming that you are happy for us to pass this information onto Tesco in order that points can be correctly allocated to your account.
    • 4.6 You can redeem your Tesco Clubcard points in line with Tesco’s terms and conditions which can be found at
  5. General
    • 5.1 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Clubcard Promotion either generally or in respect of any particular Customer at any time. We also reserve the right also to amend the terms and conditions for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason. We will notify you of the proposed changes. By continuing to use the Tesco Mobile website and avail of Tesco Clubcard points after being notified of the changes you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
    • 5.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of Tesco Mobile Clubcard Deals at any time if you do not adhere to the terms and conditions of use.
    • 5.3 Tesco Mobile shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any person or be deemed to be in default for any delays or failures in performance hereunder resulting from acts or causes beyond the reasonable control of Tesco Mobile.
    • 5.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
