1. Competition period: The opening date for the competition is November 29th 2017 and the closing date is noon January 3rd 2018 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will be declared invalid.
2. Eligibility Criteria: This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies. All entries must be submitted in the Competition box in participating Tesco stores. To enter the draw participants must leave their completed competition leaflet in the competition box in participating Tesco stores. Only one entry per person is allowed. Only correct entries will be entered into the draw. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Prize(s): There is 5 pairs of tickets to Dundrum on Ice to be won. Each winner will receive one pair of tickets. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4. Winner(s): One winner will be picked weekly. Winners will be drawn at random from the list of correct entries. The competition winner will be notified by phone. The Promoter reserves the right to seek proof of age, and if not provided within 7 days of request, to select an alternative winner. By entering the competition participants accept sole responsibility for ensuring that any contact details they provide are accurate. The winner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The winner will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue and all other expenses.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to the Promoter, any participants, prize winners or any third party.
6. By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the participant’s name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the participant, biographical information provided by the participants/winner and/or any statement made by them concerning the promotion and/or prize.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable to a participant or prize winner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, of whatsoever nature whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the promotion and/or prize.
8. The outcome of the draw is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
9. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Ireland.
10. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with Irish data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.
