The following terms and conditions apply to the Nokia 5.3 BH-405 Earbuds Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase a Nokia 5.3 between 30/11/2020 and 27/12/2020 to claim a pair of Earbuds (BH-405) by redemption.
- The Offer is available to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are individuals who purchase a Nokia 5.3 from Tesco Mobile during the promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion period runs from November 30th 2020 to December 27th 2020.
- Handset pricing is subject to change and is subject to stock availability.
- Eligible customers can redeem the Offer which entitles customers to claim a pair of earbuds.
- There will be one pair of earbuds per handset purchased, whilst stocks last. There is no cash alternative. Offer limited to a maximum of two claims pair household.
- Customers must claim the Offer by completing the claim form available at www.nokia.com/phones/en_ie/winter-promotions and providing relevant proof of purchase 14 days after purchase. Date of purchase counts as day 1. Final date for claim is January 10th 2021.
- Maximum 1 Claim per handset.
- Customers will be sent an email confirming if their Claim has been validated. The Offer will be delivered within 30 days of claim being validated to the address provided.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this promotional offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
- By availing of the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the Tesco Mobile General Terms & Conditions.
