From the 28th June 2025, mytescomobile self-serve channel will no longer be available via the internet and as a result, webtext will no longer be available. Our Tesco Mobile App is more advanced, provides more functionality and will provide you with a more seamless and secure access channel to your account – where you can do all of the same things, and more…see table below.
If you are a subscriber to the services affected by the removal of webtext, and if you do not accept this change you may cease to use your prepay service within 30 days without penalty, you must contact us before the 28th June 2025 to use your rights - please chat to us here, call us on 089 494 1000 or drop into one of our dedicated Tesco Mobile Phone Shops. Continued usage of services after the date of implementation on the 28th June 2025 is deemed to constitute acceptance of the change.
