Responding to Covid-19 – we’re here to help

Under Government guidance, phone retail is not considered an essential retail service at this time. Our phone shops are now closed, but customers can continue to purchase online if they wish. If you have any queries in relation to this, or any other issue, please don’t hesitate to contact customer service. We may take longer to respond to phone queries, at the moment. Delivery

Orders placed online or over the phone

If you order your SIM card or phone before 1pm, our courier will aim to deliver to you the next working day (Monday – Friday, excludes Bank Holidays), unless situations outside of our control prevent that.

We’ll send it to your billing address by courier and we’ll need to get a signature if you have ordered a phone. We have more information on our delivery policy in our Terms and conditions.

For each price plan you can have two connections per account that include a mobile phone and up to 5 SIM cards.

And if you change your mind within 14 days, we offer a refund guarantee – no questions asked. It runs from the date you receive your SIM card/phone.

When you place on order through tescomobile.ie for a new phone we will email you an Order Tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
