The following terms and conditions apply to the Samsung A Series Galaxy Buds+ Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase an eligible handset between 17/03/2021 and 27/04/2021 to claim a free pair of Buds+ in white by redemption.
- The Offer is available to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are individuals who purchase a Samsung A42 5G or A52 5G ("eligible handset") from Tesco Ireland or Tesco Mobile during the promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion period runs from March 17th 2021 to April 27th 2021.
- Eligible handset pricing is subject to change and eligible handset is subject to stock availability.
- Eligible customers can redeem the Offer which entitles customers a pair of Buds+ in white.
- There will be one pair of buds provided where an eligible handset is purchased, whilst stocks last. There is no cash alternative.
- Customers must claim the Offer by registering for and completing the online claim form available at www.samsungpromotions.claims/aseriesbuds or on the Samsung Members app and providing all required information in order for Samsung to validate the claim including proof of purchase between 0 – 30 days from the date of purchase. Date of purchase counts as day. For devices purchased on the 27th April 2021 the final date of claim is 27th May 2021.
- Maximum 1 Claim per eligible handset and maximum of 4 Claims per household.
- Claims will be processed within 7 days from when they are received and customers will be sent an email confirming if their Claim has been validated. The Offer will be delivered within 45 days of claim being validated to the address provided.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this promotional offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
- By availing of the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the Tesco Mobile General Terms & Conditions.
