The following terms and conditions apply to the Nokia X20 & Nokia E-1200 Headphone Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase a Nokia X20 device between 04/11/2021 and 28/12/2021 to redeem one pair of Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones.
- The Offer is available to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are customers who purchase a Nokia X20 from Tesco Mobile in a Tesco stores, via Tesco Mobile’s telesales or online at www.tescomobile.ie during the Offer promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile’s terms and conditions.
- The Offer promotion period runs from 04/11/2021 and 28/12/2021.
- Handset pricing is subject to change and handsets are subject to stock availability. The Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones are also subject to stock availability.
- Customers must redeem the Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones by completing the claim form available at www.nokia.com/phones/en_ie/ireland-promotions and providing relevant proof of purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, including the day of purchase. The final date for redeeming Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones is 10th of January 2022 (for Nokia X20 devices purchased on 28 December 2021). Nokia terms and conditions apply and are available at: www.nokia.com/phones/en_ie/ireland-promotions. The Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones are non-transferrable and not substitutable for cash. The accessory is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones may be substituted by an accessory equal or greater value.
- To avail of the Offer, the customer must be in possession of the purchased Nokia X20 handset and must not have returned the Nokia X20 handset. In the event that the customer does return the Nokia X20 handset, the customer must also return the Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones to Tesco Mobile.
- The customer must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland.
- There is a maximum of one Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones available per Nokia X20 handset. The Offer is limited to a maximum of two pairs of Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones per household.
- The customer will receive an email message shortly after submitting the claim form. The purpose of this email is to confirm that their claim was successfully submitted and that their eligibility will be checked.
- Customer eligibility for the Offer will be checked within 14 calendar days of the claim form submission (using the Nokia X20 IMEI code).
- If the customer’s claim is successful, the Nokia E-1200 Essential Wireless Headphones is shipped to the address provided in the claim form.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility for the Offer is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this Offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
- By availing of the Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other costs or expenses that arise from participation of the promotion which are not stated in the terms and conditions as being included.
