These terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile Bill Pay Broadband Service are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Tesco Mobile Service. In the event of any conflict these Mobile Broadband Terms and Conditions will prevail. The Service is subject to a minimum contract period of 30 days or 12 months, depending on purchased tariff plan.
In circumstances where the customer terminates this contract during the contract period a cancel of contract fee will apply.
Customers may use the Service to browse, or download from the internet to a limit specified in purchased tariff plan of data per month for a price specified in purchased tariff plan.
Any usage in excess of the tariff plan allowance is subject to a charge of 2c for every additional MB used, and until an overage limit that is stipulated by Tesco Mobile.
The Service may only be used for to internet use/downloading within the Republic of Ireland only.
The Customer can send texts using the Broadband device. Texts to Irish mobile networks are 13c and texts to international networks will vary.

The data allowance must be used within one month. Unused data cannot be carried over from one billing period to the next.
Broadband speeds advertised for this product are maximum speeds and may not be always possible depending upon a number of factors.
Tesco Mobile continuously monitors network performance to ensure that the service received by customers is not impacted through a minority of users placing high demand on network resources (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods). Should your data usage in a 30 day period affect other network users, we reserve the right to limit your Service.
You must not use the Service for any improper, immoral, fraudulent or unlawful purposes or for the sending of any communication or storing of any information which is of an offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing nature.
