Bill Queries

On your first bill you will see two line items for Monthly subscription. This will cover the monthly subscription charge which you paid in advance at the time of purchase and a pro-rata charge. The prorated subscription charge is for the period between the date you activated and your first bill date. The payment you made at the time of purchase will also be reflected on your first bill.

A credit or charge is an adjustment to your bill. A credit will reduce your bill and a charge will increase it. An example of a credit would be where we have incorrectly charged you and need to adjust your bill to correct the mistake. An example of a one off charge would be a contract termination charge if you choose to exit your contract early.

Price plan changes do not start until the day before the date of your next bill to ensure you get full use of your current month's minutes and texts.
