Moving your Number

Your new phone/ SIM comes with a new 089 number but you can keep your previous number if you prefer.

Moving your number to Tesco Mobile is easy. Log on to my.tescomobile.ie, go to the Move My Number section and follow a few simple steps. Or call us on 1749 (from your Tesco Mobile phone) and we can arrange to move your number for you.

Manage your account with My Tesco Mobile

Setting up a My Tesco Mobile account is a simple way to register your details and manage your phone. You can log onto your My Tesco Mobile account at any time to see your most recent bill/ top up amount, to check the latest balance on your allowances or to review your usage.

The quickest and easiest way to set up your My Tesco Mobile account is to download the Tesco Mobile app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. You can also set up your account at my.tescomobile.ie.

Delivery

Ordering your new phone or SIM is simple and with our speedy delivery times, you won’t be waiting long. Order before 1pm any week day and you should have your delivery the following working day. A bill pay phone may take a little longer if we need some extra information from you.

Orders that include a mobile phone will be sent to your delivery address by courier and we will need a signature when we deliver. When we despatch your phone, we will email you an Order Tracking Number so that you can track your delivery.

Understanding your Prepay plan

Our new Prepay Data Plus plan offers you incredible value and flexibility.

Top up by €15 in one go, and get more data than you need, 500 any network minutes, 500 any network texts and unlimited Tesco Mobile calls and texts– all for 28 days.

Plus, customers on Prepay Data Plus can get 1000 any network minutes, instead of 500, by registering your Clubcard to your Tesco Mobile account and then top up by €15 or more in one go.

If you’re more of a talker, our Prepay 15 plan is perfect for you.

Topping Up

The easiest way to top up is through our app. Download the Tesco Mobile app from the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store. Then add your credit/debit card details to your My Tesco Mobile account and select Top Up.

You can also top up at tescomobile.ie, in any Tesco store, at aib.ie or in over 5,000 locations nationwide where you see the following signs:

Prepay add-ons

If you text or use data a lot, you can buy an add-on which gives you extra data or texts at a discounted rate. Prepay customers can choose a once off add-on to use immediately or a recurring add-on which is added to your text or data allowance every 28 days. All add-ons can be bought using your top up.

Your Monthly Bill

Once a month we will send you an email and a text to tell you that your bill is available to see in My Tesco Mobile. Your bill will show details of how you have used your data, minutes and texts during the most recent billing period and the payment due. For more help understanding your bill please click here to see our interactive sample bill.

You can check your most recent bill amount or the latest balance on all your allowances at any time when you log into your My Tesco Mobile account. You can do this at tescomobile.ie or on the My Tesco Mobile app on your phone.

Bill pay add ons

If you text or use data a lot, you can buy an add-on which gives you extra data or texts at a discounted rate. The cost of the add-on will be added to your bill every month.
