Samsung Harmon Kardon Citation Speaker

The following terms and conditions apply to the Samsung HK Citation Speaker Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase an eligible handset between 07/10/2020 and 17/11/2020 to claim a Harmon Kardon Citation Speaker by redemption.
  1. The Offer is available to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are individuals who purchase a Samsung A51 ("eligible handset") from Tesco Ireland or Tesco Mobile during the promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promotion period runs from October 7th 2020 to November 17th 2020.
  3. Eligible handset pricing is subject to change and eligible handset is subject to stock availability.
  4. Eligible customers can redeem the Offer which entitles customers a Harmon Kardon Citation Speaker.
  5. There will be one speaker provided where an eligible handset is purchased, whilst stocks last. There is no cash alternative.
  6. Customers must claim the Offer by registering for and completing the online claim form in the Benefits section of the Samsung Members app pre-installed on the device or available at https://20203.samsungpromotions.claims/harmankardon and uploading and providing all required information in order for Samsung to validate the claim including proof of purchase between 0 – 30 days from the date of purchase. Date of purchase counts as day.
  7. Maximum 1 Claim per eligible handset and maximum of 4 Claims per household.
  8. Claims will be processed within 7 days from when they are received and customers will be sent an email confirming if their Claim has been validated. The Offer will be delivered within 45 days of claim being validated to the address provided.
  9. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
  10. Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  11. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this promotional offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
  12. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. By availing of the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  14. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the Tesco Mobile General Terms & Conditions.
