Mobile Broadband Bill Pay

  1. These terms and conditions of the Tesco Mobile Bill Pay Broadband Service are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Tesco Mobile Service. In the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.
  2. Customers may use the Service to browse, or download from the internet to a limit of the bundle allowance. Usage in excess of the relevant allowance is not allowed and a further data bundle must be purchased.
  3. We limit the max bundle purchase for Prepay Mobile Broadband to 2 bundles per customer in 30 days.
  4. The Service may only be used for internet use/downloading within the Republic of Ireland.
  5. The Customer can send texts using the Broadband device. Texts to Irish mobile networks are 13c and texts to international networks will vary. See tescomobile.ie.
  6. Customers of the Service cannot avail of any promotions relating to text messages which are associated with voice plans.
  7. The Service data allowance for the 30 Day Bundle must be used within one month. The Service data allowance for the 90 Day bundle must be used within 90 days.
  8. The Service will be made available to the Customer within 24 hours of registration.
  9. Broadband speeds advertised for this product are maximum speeds and may not be always possible depending upon a number of factors.

Use of Service

  1. Tesco Mobile continuously monitors network performance to ensure that the service received by customers is not impacted through a minority of users placing high demand on network resources (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods).
    Should your data usage in a 30 day period affect other network users, we reserve the right to limit your Service.
  2. You must not use the Service for any improper, immoral, fraudulent or unlawful purposes or for the sending of any communication or storing of any information which is of an offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing nature.
