The following terms and conditions apply to the Samsung Galaxy S21 Buds GWP Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase an eligible handset between 00:01 (BST) on 1st September 2021 and 23:59 (BST) on 30th September 2021 (the "Promotion Period") will be eligible to claim a free pair of Galaxy Buds Pro and SmartTag (the "Reward") (colour may vary), subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms")
Eligible Handsets are as follows –
- Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB
- Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G 128GB
- This offer is available to customer that purchase an eligible handset from Tesco and Tesco Mobile stores during the promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
- Handset pricing is subject to change and is subject to stock availability.
- Eligible customers can submit a redemption by registering for the Samsung Members App using either an existing or newly created Samsung account. Such Individual Participant should then visit the Benefits section of the Samsung click on the Claim Banner to be directed to the Website www.samsungpromotions.claims/S21gift in order to register their details and upload the required information to make an application for their Reward under this Promotion. Claims may only be submitted between zero (0) and sixty (60) days after the date of purchase, meaning the final Claim date for purchases made on 30th September 2021 is the 29th November 2021 (the "Claim Period"). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted
- Further to submitting a claim, will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon completed entry of a Claim. Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated ("Claim Validation"). Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, Rewards will be dispatched to the address entered during the Claim process via recorded delivery within forty-five (45) days of Claim Validation.
- Participants my submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of one (1) Claim per individual Participant and four (4) claims per household.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
