The following terms and conditions apply to the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G PRE-Order and launch Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase an eligible handset between 3.00PM 24/08/2021 and 23.59PM 05/10/2021 to submit a claim to receive a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds Live ("Reward") via redemption subject to full compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- The Offer is available to customers that purchase an "Eligible Device" Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G (Awesome Black) from Tesco and Tesco Mobile stores during the promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
- Handset pricing is subject to change and is subject to stock availability.
- Eligible customers can submit a redemption by registering for the Samsung Members App using either an existing or newly created Samsung account. Such Individual Participant should then visit the Benefits section of the Samsung Members App and click on the Claim Banner to be directed to the Website (set forth below) www.2021.samsungpromotions.claims/a52s5ggift in order to register their details and upload the required information to make an application for their Reward under this Promotion. Claims must be submitted between 0:01 (BST) on 3rd September 2021 (the Promotion Product delivery date) and 23:59 (GMT) on 5th November 2021 (the "Claim Period"). Claims received outside the Claim Period and will not be accepted.
- Further to submitting a claim, customers will receive and email within 7 days to confirm whether their claim has been successful and validated ("Claim Validation"). Subject to making a valid claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions the Reward will be delivered via recorded delivery within forty five (45) days of the claim being validated to the postal address provided in the claim.
- Participants my submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of one (1) Claim per individual Participant and four (4) claims per household.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this promotional offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
