Terms and Conditions

The Tesco Mobile Ireland refer-a-friend promotion (the "Promotion") is being promoted by Tesco Mobile Ireland Limited having its registered office at Gresham House, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin ('TMI'). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

The Offer

1. Any existing Tesco Mobile Ireland (TMI) customer can participate by registering their name, email address and phone number at www.tescomobile.ie/refer-a-friend. Upon registration, you will become a Referrer ("Referrer/s") and will be given a unique web link to share with friends and family who are not already TMI customers ("Friends") and who are happy to receive the link from you.
2. Friends must use the link to register their details and make a Qualifying Purchase.
3. A Qualifying Purchase is the purchase of a SIM/Phone to join the TMI network on a Prepay Plan and Top-Up at least twice by €15 or more in one go in 2 consecutive 28-day periods. Friends must use the referral link to qualify for the Reward. Only 10 Rewards can be claimed by a single referring customer, valued at a maximum of €100 in Total.
4. Within 2 months of a Friend making a Qualifying Purchase, and after the payment of the Friends second Top-Up of €15 or more, both Referrer and Friend will each receive a link to claim their €10 Tesco Digital Gift voucher ("Reward").
5. The Reward will be delivered by email to the email addresses used to register for the Promotion (the "Offer"). The Reward can only be used in a Tesco store (in-store). The Reward cannot be used online. You must use the reward link to claim the Reward within 12 months of the link being sent to you. The Reward will expire 5 years from activation or last use. 6. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Referrers and Friends’ ("Users") personal data will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion only. TMI’s customers data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy¹ and as required all processing is transparent and clear and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation².
8. TMI reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and / or review and revise these terms and conditions. Any revisions will not impact any referrals already linked.
9. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any form of social media. By entering this Promotion, Users are providing information to TMI.
10. Purchases made via third party sellers do not qualify. Purchases that are returned during the Change of Mind period or otherwise disconnected or in arrears do not qualify. Any Friends and / or Referrers suspected of fraud will be disqualified.
