The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion:
The Promotion entitles New Tesco Mobile Bill pay customers who purchase a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G ("Eligible Handset") and sign up to a New Bill Pay 24 Month Contract between 00.01 GMT on 01/11/2022 and 23.59 GMT on 28/11/2022 (the "Promotion Period") to one pair Galaxy Buds Live SM-R180NZKAEUA (the "Reward") subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion Terms").
- The Promotion is only available to New Tesco Mobile Bill Pay customers (ie a 24-month Bill pay contract) who purchase an Eligible Handset during the Promotion Period.
- The Promotion is not available to existing Tesco Mobile Bill Pay customers or new Tesco Mobile Pre-Pay customers.
- The Promotion is available in Tesco Ireland – in stores, online and via telesales.
- Handset pricing is subject to change and the Promotion is subject to stock availability.
- The Reward is non-transferrable and not substitutable for cash.
- The Reward is supplied together with the Eligible Handset on delivery.
- In the event that a customer returns the Eligible Handset to Tesco Mobile, the customer must also return the Reward.
- There is a maximum of one Reward for each Eligible Handset. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of two Rewards per household.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility for the Promotion is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with the Promotion Terms.
- Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this Promotion at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
- By availing of the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Promotion Terms.
