The following terms and conditions apply to the Fairphone free Bluetooth Speaker Promotion (the "Offer"). The Offer entitles customers who purchase an eligible handset between 26/10/2020 and 13/12/2020 to claim a free Bluetooth speaker, Chant Mini from House of Marley by redemption.

  1. The Offer is available to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are individuals who purchase a Fairphone 3 or Fairphone 3+ ("eligible handset") from Tesco Mobile during the promotion period, subject to Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promotion period runs from October 26th to December 13th 2020.
  3. Eligible handset pricing is subject to change and eligible handset is subject to stock availability
  4. Eligible customers can redeem the Offer which entitles customers to a free Chant Mini Bluetooth speaker from House of Marley.
  5. There will be one speaker provided where an eligible handset is purchased, whilst stocks last. There is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the speaker may be substituted for an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
  6. Customers must claim the Offer by registering for and completing the online claim form available https://promotions.fairphone.com.
  7. Claims will be reviewed within two days and an email will be issued. The final date to claim is the 27th December 2020, after which no claims will be processed.
  8. Bluetooth speaker will be issued within 60 days to successful claims.
  9. Maximum 1 Claim per eligible handset.
  10. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to extend this promotion at its sole discretion.
  11. Eligibility is determined by Tesco Mobile in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  12. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to vary and/or cancel this promotional offer at any time for valid commercial, technical, operational and/or regulatory reasons.
  13. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. By availing of the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  15. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the Tesco Mobile General Terms & Conditions.
