If you just got a new SIM card, your PIN will be included in your SIM pack.
If you have forgotten your PIN number, just let us know and we will help you to sort it.
Alternatively you can:
- Enter your pin code incorrectly three times to block your phone.
- Retrieve your PUK codes by logging in to My Tesco Mobile and selecting PUK Details from the Main Menu.
- Enter the PUK code in to your phone and you will be prompted to enter a new pin code.
