Transfer your number to Tesco Mobile Bonus Credit
You can transfer your present mobile phone number to Tesco Mobile online or by post.

Alternatively you can send us back the 'move my number' form provided with your new Tesco Mobile phone or SIM card.
- If you've lost your 'move my number' form click here to download a new one.
- Just fill it out, pop it in an envelope and send it to Tesco Mobile Customer Care, PO Box 11027, Freepost F4409, Dublin 3. There’s no need to affix a stamp – we’ll pay the postage.
Tip: It’s a good idea to record a new voicemail message on your old network’s voicemail service, to let any unexpected callers know your new 089 number. For example you could say ‘Hi this is (your name), thanks for calling. I’ve moved to Tesco Mobile and my new number is 089 xxx xxxx – please use this number from now on.
